Jacob is starting to outgrow some things, for instance, the kitchen sink. This morning we gave him a bath in the bathtub. He's such a zombie during his baths...we couldn't even get him to smile! Jacob is also outgrowing many of his clothes, which makes Mommy kind of sad! He's getting so big! His little legs and cheeks are so chubby now! He fits in many of his 3-month clothes already and even some of those aren't going to last long!
The pictures of Jacob in his car seat are from right after a nap! He almost always falls asleep in the car and usually continues to nap when we get home from wherever!
Well, we hope these pictures will do for a while! Next weekend you all will have so many pictures to look at as Aunt Kelly is very anxious to try out her new camera on young Jacob! We can't wait to see all of those who are making the trip to Jacob's baptism! It will be an amazing weekend for sure!!

HOW CUTE!!!!! Great-Grandma Rankin would call him "sober sides" I think. I do believe, though, that it looks like there isn't as much hair there as there was when I saw him last. He's probably going to do what Ella did -- her head grew but her hair didn't, not at the same rate anyway!!!! I just can't wait for Friday to get here! Let's hope the weather holds out so we can all get up there!!! See you then!
Grandma Cooper
Hello all!! Just wanted to make a few comments! Aunt Stacy and Aunt Kori, we're so glad to see you join the blog crew! Now, if we could just get some Minnesota people to join in! Mandy, we haven't heard from you in a while!! We still check quite a few times everyday so keep talkin'! Grandma Cooper, we're sure you'll be surprised to see that Jacob has more hair now! It's just gotten longer and thicker so it lays down a lot better than it used to!! Some days it looks like Scott's color and some days it looks more strawberry like mine! Well, I'm off to bake cupcakes for next weekend! Keep chattin'!! Love you all and can't wait to see those that are coming up this week!!
Kim
Aunt Kori,
Amy reminded me today at church as we were discussing Jacob's hair, of you're wonderful ability to sculpt baby hair with a lick of your hand! Can't wait to see hair-dos on Jacob this weekend! I'm only good at the mohawk and the Grandpa Rankin come over (Jacob has more hair on one side than the other)!
Love ya,
Kim
Can't wait to get there on Thursday! We've already started packing and Chris has gotten the van ready. Hopefully we don't have weather issues on the way up! I just can't wait to hold him and hear him coo!!!!
Love you all!
Aunt Karen
He looks so big and so filled out in the bathtub. His skin color seems to have evened out too, not so much ruddy red face like newborns have. Again, I really hate that I can't come up this next weekend, I'm sure it will be a fun time for everyone. Grandma Cooper, please get a hold of me before you leave so I can drop off my package for you to take.
Take care and keep the blog pictures coming!!
Aunt Gail
Kim,
Give us weather updates...I see on weather.com that it's supposed to snow every day next week...but I need to know how much so that Nick and I can decide if we're taking the car or the truck!
Can't wait! I'm sitting in Dallas now (75 degrees!) and I'm making my list of things to get done Tuesday night before we leave on Wednesday! Can't wait!
Love you!
Kel
Hi Kelly,
How long have you been in Dallas? Randy just got home from Texas last night and actually spent the night in Dallas on Tuesday. Too bad we didn't know you were there.
Gail
P.S. LOVE THE BLOG!!

Have fun this weekend with everyone up there!!!! Sorry I can't make it, but thank you for the invite. :)
Miss you all...
Love
~Jen
