Updated Specs!

Jacob had his six month appointment on Wednesday. He's doing really well and is growing like a weed! Here's the latest:

16 lbs. 15 oz.
27 1/2 inches

He has two teeth that are just about ready to break through! He's been pretty miserable the last couple of days and we're almost out of Tylenol!! Aaah! Hopefully he'll be over the pain by the time we leave for Illinois, which is coming soon! He and I are planning on leaving early morning on the 5th. I'm going to try to leave as soon as he gets up so we can get to Illinois before his bedtime! That is, of course, if we make it the entire trip. I'm hoping we don't have to stop somewhere for the night, but I guess that's up to Jacob! This week we're going to try out his big car seat to see if he'll be riding in that on the way down. He is getting too heavy in his carrier and he wants to sit up all the time in it! We'll see how this change goes. Maybe I'll have some pictures to post in a few days!
Hope everything is going well for everybody! Thanks for checking in!

When you say you want to leave as soon as he gets up, do you mean the first time or the second time?!?!?!

It looks like he's about on target with his weight -- they always said "double their weight at six months, triple it at a year". Have you introduced any new foods?
